Key Responsibilities:

Drive Business Growth:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the events and sponsorship space.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract delegates and corporate participants to our events.
• Build a robust pipeline of sponsorship opportunities by engaging decision-makers and senior leaders.

Client Relationship Management:

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and event attendees.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals that align with client needs and objectives.

Market & Industry Expertise:

• Stay updated on the latest trends in event management and sponsorship to offer innovative solutions.
• Analyze market insights to identify gaps and opportunities, enhancing event offerings.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 0.6 – 5 years in business development or sales within event management companies.
• Delegate Acquisition: Proven success in attracting corporate participants or delegates for events.
• Sponsorship Sales: Experience engaging and securing leadership-level sponsors to drive revenue.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to devise creative solutions and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Presentation Skills: Expertise in preparing and delivering impactful client and sponsor proposals.

Compensation Details:
