Job Description

About the Role:


Inzint has achieved 4X year-on-year growth since 2020. At Inzint, we redefine success by innovating boldly and disrupting markets. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive with a strong interest in IT sales and marketing. This role involves engaging in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, effective lead qualification and identifying new business opportunities to help us expand our client base in the IT sector. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, eager to contribute to the growth of the company and build lasting relationships with potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in sales, particularly within the IT industry.


Important Note:


  • During your first six months with us, you will be given extensive training where you will develop your skills and familiarize yourself with the companys sales processes. In this JD, we will refer to this period as the "Training Period". The training will include cold calling, lead qualification, LinkedIn outreach, market research, and more, tailored to our sales processes.Upon successful completion of the training, you will move to a 6-month probation period. After successfully completing probation, you will be offered a permanent, full-time position.

Bond: The company will invest a significant amount of time, resources, and finances into your training and development. This investment is aimed at upskilling you and bringing you up to the company's standards. A bond ensures that you do not take advantage of this investment and leave immediately after the training, which could lead to a loss for the company. Hence, you will be required to sign an 12-month service bond with us.


Exemptions or waivers can be made in the following cases:

  1. Unsatisfactory Performance: If the employee's performance is consistently unsatisfactory during the training period, the company might exempt them from the bond.
  2. Long-Term Disability that Hinders the Employee's Ability to Work: If an employee faces a long-term disability that significantly hampers their capacity to perform the job, they might be exempt from the bond.
  3. Change in Job Role: In situations where the employee is transferred to a different department within the company that significantly changes their roles & responsibilities, the bond terms might be revisited or waived.
  4. Obtaining Full-Time Permanent Job with Residency Abroad: If the employee secures a full-time permanent job abroad with residency that necessitates relocation to the foreign country, the service bond might be waived or adjusted based on mutual agreement.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate and manage cold calls to potential clients, effectively qualifying leads and driving interest in our IT solutions.
  • LinkedIn Engagement: Leverage LinkedIn to build relationships, initiate conversations, and identify new business opportunities with key decision-makers in IT.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess client needs and align solutions to address their IT requirements, ensuring high-quality lead conversion.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors, identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth in the IT sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the executives, IT managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs for lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop tailored proposals and ensure a seamless sales process.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, progress, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Key Skills & Requirements:


  • Education Qualification : Graduating batch 2025 having a specialization in Marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior-level executives.
  • IT Knowledge: A strong interest in IT solutions, technology, and trends (prior IT sales experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and articulate the value of IT solutions.
  • Cold Calling & Networking: Comfort in making cold calls, reaching out to new leads, and engaging with potential clients through LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales targets.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads and sales activities is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with IT terminology, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Time Management & Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.

Preferred (Good-to-Have) Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in IT sales or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience in sales support or data entry roles that involve managing customer or lead data.
  • A strong understanding of the IT industry, IT services, and business terminology to enhance the relevance of your outreach efforts.
