Factory Manager

• Manage and lead a team of production supervisors
• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards
• Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs
• Monitoring the factory operations
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand
• Effective communication with all levels of employees, management, and other departments

Preferred candidate profile

• BE Mechanical / Production / Automobile
• 15 to 18 years of experience in manufacturing Industry
