Credit Executive

We are looking for a Credit Executive for Bhadrak and Balangir, Odisha. location . Need to have Min. 4 years experience in HL and LAP .

Role & responsibilities

• Credit Assessment:
• Evaluate and analyze loan applications for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Conduct financial, income, and repayment capacity analysis of applicants.
• Assess creditworthiness by reviewing applicant profiles, documents, and financial statements.
• Loan Processing:
• Verify documents including KYC, income proof, property-related documents, etc.
• Liaise with customers, sales teams, and external agencies for documentation and process completion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and credit guidelines.
• Risk Analysis and Decision-Making:
• Identify potential risks in loan applications and recommend approval or rejection based on analysis.
• Prepare detailed credit appraisal memos and submit them for approval.
• Ensure timely processing of files to meet service-level agreements.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all credit approvals, rejections, and pending cases.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational guidelines.
• Prepare periodic reports on loan performance and credit metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of Home Loan (HL) and loan Against Property (LAP) credit policies and guidelines.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and documentation verification.
• Excellent risk assessment and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
