Branch Credit Manager

Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)
o Responsible for supervising the Credit functions of the region
o Repayment capacity appraisal, due diligence checks, etc.
o Monitoring legal & Technical appraisals
o Ensuring speedy disbursals of Home Loans
o Monitoring proper documentation of loan files of the region
o Liason with HO/RO for sanction of cases
o Manage verification of external agencies
o Legal/Technical agency management
o Personal discussions of SE/SENP profile customers
o Property verification of loans above 10lacs
o Compliance of audit query
o Third party agency bill/payment management
