Job Description
Role & responsibilities
o Responsible for supervising the Credit functions of the branch.
o Repayment capacity appraisal, due diligence checks, etc.
o Monitoring legal & Technical appraisals
o Ensuring speedy disbursals of Home Loans.
o Monitoring proper documentation of loan files of the region.
o Liason with HO/RO for sanction of cases.
o Manage verification of external agencies
o Legal/Technical agency management
o Personal discussions of SE/SENP profile customers
o Property verification of loans.
o Responsible for the compliance of audit query.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 4 yrs experience in credit is mandatory
Experience in products like HL / LAP is mandatory
