Role & Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess creditworthiness of loan applications by analyzing financial documents, credit reports, and repayment capacity.
Approve or reject loan applications in accordance with company policies and risk assessment standards.
Manage the loan portfolio to minimize delinquencies and bad debts.
Work closely with the sales team to provide support in acquiring quality loan customers.
Conduct regular market assessments to understand trends and risk factors.
Prepare and present reports on credit performance and recommendations to management.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in c.
Strong understanding of financial ratios and risk analysis.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
