Job description

• Manage and govern contracts and SOPs IT Policies
• Understand and manage the Relevant ISO Standards
• The Service Delivery Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, bridging sales and post-sales operations, responsible for understanding customer requirements, managing escalations, leading the team, overseeing multiple projects, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring effective employee management.
• IT Infrastructure Management Knowledge Networking, Sever / Storage Management, Cloud Computing , System Admin , Desktop, Helpdesk , FMS Management , End User Computing
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Experience in working with internal stakeholders teams internal resources, contracting resources, suppliers/hardware vendors .
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire IT Projects and Infrastructure execution
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
