Summary:As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will assign and manage work assignments, drive people management activities for the delivery team, and manage service delivery quality and cost. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage resources and meet client expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Manage work assignments and ensure timely completion.

Drive people management activities for the delivery team.

Ensure service delivery quality and cost efficiency.

Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.

Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with mobile device management platforms.

Strong understanding of IT service delivery processes and best practices.

Experience in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and generate insights for process improvement.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
