Nothing as specific. But one thing can be good change: Every now and then HR/Manager should connect with employees who are permanently deployed at client side to see the status of their moral. If they have any problem to discuss (personal or work related). If the employee needs some time off, if there is any pressure which he is countering. This helps to build a good relation between Company & Employee, makes employee feel that company looks after their own.
