Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer to generate sales and service revenue in the assigned territory. This is a residential engineer role based in Vizag, with a requirement to travel 50% of the time. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Telugu and English and a proven track record in B2B sales, OEM management, and customer relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
2. Generating Enquiries & Opportunities: Identify potential clients and sales prospects.
3. BOM Preparation & Product Selection: Assist customers in selecting the right products.
4. Product & Capability Presentation: Conduct presentations and technical demonstrations.
5. Techno-Commercial Discussions: Handle technical and commercial negotiations with clients.
6. Customer Coordination: Work with the commercial team to address customer queries.
7. Opportunity Pipeline Management: Follow up on quotes and participate in order closure meetings.
8. Receivables Follow-Up: Ensure timely payment collections from customers.
9. On-Site Support: Conduct site audits, customer training, and product demonstrations.
10. Continuous Improvement & Personal Development: Stay updated with industry trends and company offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering (CS/IT not preferred).
2. Experience: 2 to 5 years in Manufacturing, B2B, or Industrial Production Sales.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SalesForce/CRM and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Soft Skills: Excellent selling skills and customer relationship management. Strong communication skills in Telugu and English. Ability to manage B2B sales and OEM relationships.
5. Location Preference: Candidates based in Vishakhapatnam (Vizag) or Kakinada.
6. Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

Salary & Compensation:

• CTC: Up to ₹8.5 LPA (all-inclusive)
