Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App) to achieve marketing goals.
2. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and selection for campaigns, focusing on strategic and long-tail keywords.
3. Ad Copy Creation: Write compelling ad copies and test various versions to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
4. Bid Management: Implement and manage bidding strategies to maximize ROI while adhering to budget constraints.
5. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
6. A/B Testing: Design and conduct A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bid strategies to identify the best-performing elements.
7. Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns, ensuring optimal spend and performance.
9. Competitor Analysis: Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
10. Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive strategies and messaging.
11. Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and changes in Google Ads and the broader digital marketing landscape.

Skills:
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
