• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools (preferred).

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Communication & Documentation:
• Draft professional communication and maintain organized, up-to-date project files.
• Manage digital storage and version control.

• Bid Preparation & Submission:
• Assist in preparing bids and proposals.
• Ensure timely and accurate submissions in coordination with stakeholders.

• Project MIS & Reporting:
• Prepare and update MIS reports, track key metrics, and provide data insights for decision-making.

• Administrative Support:
• Coordinate with teams, manage schedules, and follow up on project milestones.

• Multitasking & Process Management:
• Handle multiple tasks with quality and timeliness.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.

• Documentation & Record-Keeping:
• Maintain organized records of contracts, communications, and performance reports.
• Log client interactions for reference and analysis.
