Job Description
- Initiate the tele calls to the existing Chaitanya customers to enquire and identify any policy or process deviation.
- To plan Concurrent tele calling with the customers of branches which are under audit.
- Capable of calling 150 calls and 3 - 4 hours speaking time.
- To understand the internal audit and its requirements
- To do basic audit of the customer KYC documents to identify deviations if any.
- Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports on observations identified during tele calling.
- Sharing of audit queries with field audit team and follow up the same to close the query.
