Business Telecaller - (Candidate should Be fluent in Bhojpuri)

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers to collect feedback on their experience with our products/services.
• Use scripted surveys to ask relevant questions and ensure consistent data collection.
• Maintain a friendly and professional behavior while interacting with customers to encourage open and honest responses.
• Record survey responses accurately and efficiently in the designated database or CRM system.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all document verification interactions and outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate Freshers or Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Outbound Calling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally and courteously.
• Strong active listening skills to capture customer feedback accurately.
• Ability to work independently and meet survey targets within specified timelines.
• Hard-working individual.
• Good time management abilities
