Job Description
- Scouting of Housing Projects suitable for SMHFC.
- Extracting detailed information about developer and project and advising the project legal team about the same.
- Liaising with the Developer and obtaining project related documents for legal team and helping in resolving queries.
- Contribute to all technical aspects Prepare Layout plan, required construction permissions, FIR(first inquiry report), title search report and compilation of all project documents
- Conducting technical checks at project site and monitoring the construction work on a monthly basis and coordinate with Legal team and HO for the required formalities/queries
- Being closely involved in the projects, should identify any potential risks/issues and communicate the same with management and workout for the necessary solutions.
- Act as a mediator between organization and Builders.
Experience: 2-4 Years
- Good Communication Skills
- Should be able to interact with builders
- Independent, Proactive and self motivated
