POSITION: Quantity Surveyor

REPORTING MANAGER: Executive Director

LOCATION: Corporate Office, Bangalore

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare cost estimates and budgets.

2. Prepare and analyze tender documents; negotiate contracts.

3. Administer contracts and manage variations/claims.

4. Monitor expenditures and prepare cost reports.

5. Conduct site inspections to verify progress and quality.

6. Collaborate with project teams and clients; resolve disputes.

7. Finalize estimates and budgets; certify bills in ERP systems.

8. Perform quantity calculations and review AutoCAD drawings for layout works.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.

2. Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of experience.
