HR Executive/Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, and networking). Manage job postings and screen resumes.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment cycle, including scheduling and conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and managing offers and negotiations.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, induction, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR activities such as employee relations, performance management, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
