- Lead and manage due diligence projects for various clients, including private equity firms, corporations, and financial institutions.

- Conduct comprehensive financial, commercial, and operational due diligence, including analysis of financial statements, market data, and operational processes.

- Perform detailed analysis of target company's financial performance, quality of earnings, and working capital.

- Assess market dynamics, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.

- Evaluate operational risks, synergies, and integration considerations.

- Develop and review due diligence reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements.

- Provide expert advice to clients on key findings, risks, and opportunities identified during the due diligence process.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including financial analysts, market researchers, and industry experts.

- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of project deliverables.

- Mentor and train junior consultants, providing guidance and performance feedback.

- Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in due diligence.

- Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
