Consultant / Sr. Consultant / Manager - Education Consulting

Primus Partners (www.primuspartners.in) is looking to hire passionate and self-driven professionals for the Education Consulting practice. The position shall be based out of Mumbai and will work with clients in the Govt. / Public sector space (Preference will be given to people who can join immediately).

Educational background: MBA / Masters

Years of Exp.: 5+ Years Exp.

Basic requirements:

1. Experience in Consulting & Education

2. Strong knowledge and understanding of education sector

3. Experience in working in the public sector is desirable

4. Experience in impact assessment, teaching assessment, student assessment etc.

5. Experience of project management, monitoring, reporting etc.

6. Experience in leading projects and client relationships

7. International experience / exposure would be an added advantage

8. Working knowledge and understanding of Marathi would be an added advantage

Other requirements:

- Very strong written and verbal communication skills

- Very strong skills in preparing presentations

- Should have a passion for learning

- Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Should be a good team player, as well as someone who takes up responsibilities.
