AIC Manufacturing Quality Process Audit

Job Description

(Key Responsibility & Accountability)

• He shall have work experience in Quality function especially in Manufacturing process audit.
• He shall be working in an Auto/Auto ancillary division.
• He shall have knowledge of QMS ISO 9001-2015.
• He shall have basic knowledge on manufacturing processes related to press, weld, paint, assembly, engine and power train shops.
• He must have good auditing skills related to process adherence in accordance to drawing and process instructions.
• He must be able to audit the shops to verify the countermeasures and validate the effectiveness.
• He shall have good understanding of Change management system and shall be able to validate the shops systems are adequate.
• He shall have good vehicle knowledge and shall be able to understand the defects pertaining to processes.
• He shall be able to analyze the processes to understand whether the desired quality from the process can be achieved or not.
• He shall be able to study drawings to identify change points during new model development to make system for inspection at quality gates.
• Some extent of work background in weld shop is an added advantage.

Specific Functional Skills Required

• Auditing skills
• Preferred to be Certified Auditor
