Role & responsibilities

• He shall be responsible for handling production quality mass production team in one shift and working on to improve direct pass rate of vehicle inspection and production quality gate.
• He is responsible for ensuring quality inspection check items are being adhered to by inspectors as per defined standards.
• He must have knowledge of vehicle quality related to appearance, electric function, controllers, regulatory requirements, and passenger safety parameters.
• EV experience will be an added advantage.
• He must have knowledge of manufacturing processes related to press, weld, paint, and assembly shops.
• He shall be able to understand the defects and analyze the probable causes to verify at a quick pace to clear vehicles from being held.
• He must be able to study drawings, inspection reports, scanning inspection reports, body accuracy reports, checker data and able to analyze the problematic areas.
• He shall be able to make and present holistic data using deep dive methodology.
• He shall be able to work in a team environment with positive thinking and deliver results.

Preferred candidate profile

He should have experience in Automobile OEM in Vehicle Inspection or Assembly Quality

Good managerial and problem-solving skills.

Good analytical skills.
