JD for Progress Control: AIC

Job Description (Key Responsibility & Accountability)

1) Achieve production plan by continuously production monitoring and communicate other agencies

2) Poka-yoke system deployment and sustenance

3) Conducting quarterly inventory and actions on variations

4) Rejecting and sending scrap material to scrap yard/vendor

5) Conduct perpetual inventory and analyze the variance

6) Updating of the system related to the engineering changes reflected in the BOM

7) New model establishment at line side related to system controls

JD for QUALITY: AIC

Job Description (Key Responsibility & accountability)

1) Improve direct pass and defect rate

2) Analysis of defect occurred at assembly by analyzing process issue

3) Making co-ordination with other shop for defect resolution

4) New model co-ordination and raise quality improvement point and closure

5) Adherence of standards/guidelines for imparting process quality

6) Ensuring calibration of instruments and tools as per calibration plan

7) FTIR defect analysis and countermeasure submission

8) Participant in Internal/External quality audits conduct in assembly shop and ensure closure of observation

9) Implementation of engineering change notice

10) Adherence of all the audits and system in the shift related to quality

JD for Maintenance: AIC

1. Knowledge of PLC and GOT programming.

2. Knowledge of motors , servo drives

3. Knowledge of Equipment maintenance of assembly line.

4. Impact gun repairing and Pneumatic tool repairing.

5. Working Experience in Consumable & Engineering store.

6. Experience in material management, inventory management.

7. FIFO management.

8. Good Communication skill and representation skill with good team work.

9. Good in Excel and MS office.

10. Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, Safety, FIFO & Poka Yoke.

11. Vendor development skill.

12. Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 documents for store.

13. Bit & Socket handling experience.

14. ERP or SAP knowledge
