Job Description - (Key Responsibility &

Accountability)

• Knowledge and experience of Time and Motion study and its implementation
• Ability to identify waste reduction and take corrective action .Understanding of
• Time and motion study, ability to identify waste in 4M.
• Pro efficiency in AUTOCAD and EXCEL is must. Able to make layout in AUTOCAD,
• MOST
• Knowledge of Jig & fixture , Flow rack and material handling devices .
• Should have hands on experienceof Shop floor5S, Kaizen , Time and motion study ,
• Karakuri , 3G, 3k, 5 Why, 5W1H , Pokayoke, CLW and Andon.
• Should have positive frame ,discipline and safety conscious mind set.
• Should able to do liaisoning with interdeparment for smooth function of operations
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of ISO 14000 compliance

Specific Funtional Skills Required

Layout and process balancing and management , Have problem solving and kaizen approach to the situations, Good communication skills, Knowledge of 5S,3G and 3M safety and Kaizen
