Job Description
- Coordinating with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent support services.
- Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Software Assessment and Patch Deployment planning.
- New solution deployment and technical analysis.
- Seclore integration and deployment.
- Technical assessments of end user application and hardware's.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders and end-users
- Liaising with vendors and third-party service providers for procurement, support, and maintenance of hardware & software.
- Managing vendor relationships & contracts
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Allocate resources, track progress, and manage timelines to ensure project milestones are met.
- Collaboration and communication within the IT team as well as with other departments.
- Act as a liaison between the IT team and other business units.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key information to stakeholders and upper management.
- Establish quality standards and procedures for IT deliverables.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
- Understand the requirement form end user as per their business requirement and suggest accordingly.
