Sap Fico Functional Consultant

Lead discussion with business to arrive at fit-gap analysis or blueprint

Work closely with the business teams to understand their requirements.

Handling Client queries, supporting various User requirements (new developments and modifications) in existing application Landscape.

Co-ordination between other team and partners to successfully execute project.

Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation

Exposure to SAP Solution Manager for transport the config. or custom development from DEV till PRD.

Need to support SAP FICO support calls adhering to SLA.

Mentoring the other team members in functional and technical aspects.

Ability to provide and review documentation as required in various stages of document life cycle.

Understanding the detailed technical specification and identify the issues which impacts performance

Preparing & maintaining documentation for technical developments (Technical Specification)

Competencies Required :

In-depth understanding of all modules in FICO

Understanding of Business Processes and their mapping on to the Systems

Good in written and oral communication.

Should be able to handle independently all the requirements related to FICO module (customization, Integration, FS, Statutory compliance, etc)

Expertise in all FICO related configuration in ECC & S/4 Hana environment, should possess all core expertise for integration with other modules

Should have experience of migration activities from ECC to S/4 Hana including data cutover activities as applicable

Education & Relevant Experience

B.com / M.com /MBA in Finance & Accounting

SAP FICO Certification in S/4 Hana is preferable

Over 5+ years of Experience as SAP FICO Consultant

Hands on Experience of SAP Config and integration with other modules.

Knowledge of other modules like SAP SAC, SAP Consolidation, Advance closure cockpit will be preferred

One end to end implementation as Module lead

Good knowledge of internal tables, extensively worked as functional for development of various customized reports/application /alerts, BAPI, BADI, BTA, enhancement, user exit, form, Substitutions and Validations.
