Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand products from any sector. This role requires cold calling, meeting sales targets, market analysis, client presentations, and frequent travel.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and convert them into sales.

Work towards and achieve assigned sales targets within set timelines.

Identify potential clients, analyze the market, and develop effective sales strategies.

Travel to meet clients, attend business meetings, and expand market reach.

Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.

Develop a strong understanding of the companys products and effectively communicate their benefits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business growth.

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Confidence in initiating conversations and closing deals.

Target Achievement: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Market Research:

Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.

Presentation Skills:

Strong ability to deliver impactful and persuasive presentations.

Travel Willingness:

Ready to travel frequently for client meetings and business expansion.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Product Understanding:

Quick adaptability to grasp technical and non-technical product details.

Professional Appearance:

Presentable and well-groomed for client interactions.

Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented:

Ability to work independently and drive results.

Tech-Savvy:

Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in B2B or B2C sales.

Prior experience in a target-driven sales environment.
