We have an urgent requirement for Customer Support Associate - International Voice Process- Rotational shift (includes night shift).

Job Description

• Provide customer support by phone, email or instant message to consumers. Serve as primary contact for inbound customer issues.
• Escalate more technical product-related issues to Product Support department.
• Process a high volume of consumer inquiries of products and services and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
• Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information.

Required Candidate profile:

• Candidate prime role will be assisting the customers through calls.
• Hiring for both Fresher's & Experience.
• Highest Qualification 10 2/ Graduation not mandatory
• 5 days of work with 2 days rotational off [Predominantly nightshift]
• It is Work from Office.

Interview Mode: Face to face interview.

Work Location : Sutherland, Sriram Gateway IT Park, Opp Perungalathur Railway Station, Perungalathur, Chennai.

Work Schedule: 5 days/week & 2 days of rotational week off.
