Greetings from Sutherland!
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Associate - Hindi Voice to provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone In Hindi.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service.
Work mode:
5 days a week / 2 days of rotational off
Work from office - Day Shift

I don’t like any thing in Sutherland
There is no good canteen and only one washroom on the floor. Less maintenance of services No job security From manager to employee speak bad language on the floor. No cab facilities There is no safe for women Food is also not good.if food is good the price are very high
