The Technical Delivery Manager will oversee the successful delivery of complex technical projects and programs. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining client satisfaction, and delivering high-quality solutions. The candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and extensive experience in project and program management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

- Lead cross-functional technical teams, including developers, QA, architects, and business analysts.

- Manage and Plan the Migration of Servers, Databases and Applications

- Provide technical guidance during solution design and implementation.

- Implement and refine delivery processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.

- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.

- Drive adoption of Agile, Scrum, or other relevant methodologies.

- Monitor and evaluate project performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in IT project delivery, technical leadership, or program management.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects or programs.

- Hands-on experience with software development, cloud technologies, or infrastructure management.

- Strong understanding of modern technologies such as DevOps, microservices, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.

- Proficient in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or similar.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Leadership capabilities with a focus on team building and collaboration.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
