Lead - Staffing

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for US-based positions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Manage and coordinate the entire recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all candidates and recruitment activities.
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and regulations.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in US staffing and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
