Social Media Advertising Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development and Execution:

• Develop and optimize B2B Google Search advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI for business clients
• Develop and execute effective advertising strategies on LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for a diverse range of clients.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and trends to optimize campaign performance.
• Utilize data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs across all platforms.

2. Campaign Management:

• Manage multiple LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they are on track and delivering desired results.
• Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals and objectives, and translate them into effective advertising strategies.
• Report on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

4. Creativity and Content Creation:

• Create engaging and compelling ad creatives and copy tailored to the target audience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

5. Continuous Learning and Innovation:

• Constantly stay updated with the latest advertising trends, features, and best practices across LinkedIn and Meta.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
• Proven experience in managing B2B Google Search advertising campaigns, strong analytical skills, and expertise in keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance optimization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to create compelling ad content.
