C++ Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Programming

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions using C++11, leveraging modern programming practices.
• Implement efficient algorithms, data structures, and system-level solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices.

Version Control and Collaboration

• Manage code repositories using Git and TFS, including branching, merging, and version management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Documentation

• Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including system designs, API references, and user guides.
• Maintain up-to-date records of development processes and configuration changes.

Testing and Quality Assurance (Optional but Preferred)

• Create and execute unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
• Leverage Google Test for automated testing

Scripting and Automation (Optional but Preferred)

• Use Python or PowerShell to automate tasks, improve workflows, and simplify deployment processes.

Communication & Collaboration

• Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss technical solutions, and provide updates.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in C++11 with hands-on experience in modern features (e.g., smart pointers, lambda expressions, multithreading).
• Proficient in using Git and TFS for version control and code collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Google Test for unit testing.
• Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with PowerShell for system administration and scripting.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Any experience in Medical/Healthcare domain would a huge plus
