Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Generate Business through visiting Clients, Consultants, Architects, Builders
• Businesses Development required for Fire Fighting System, Gas Flooding System, Plumbing System, External Developments Works, WTP, STP, Solar Heat Pumps System, ETP, Etc

• Preparing rate analysis for all the items, collection of basic rates of key construction material, preparing and sending the inquiries for specialized vendors

• Identify upcoming projects and specify our Brand in projects & avail BOQ/Tenders

• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) with Specifications & bills with item rates from tender, must know estimation, costing, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), proposals and Proforma invoice

• Follow-up with existing clients & Consultants for Upcoming Projects

• Rate Analysis for all Projects items for Fire Fighting & Plumbing System Etc.

• Technical & Commercial Proposals, Bidding Strategy, Tender Finalization, Quantity & Cost Estimation, Site Surveys

• Coordinating with suppliers for Rate Analysis for better costing

• Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, E-tendering, Making Cost, Sheets, Project Analysis Reports, for only Fire Fighting System & Plumbing System

• Attending Client Meetings

• Should have complete knowledge in products used in Fire Fighting System & Plumbing System

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have Great Communication skills, Closing skills, client relationships, and presentation
• Client acquisition, retention, enhancement
• Experienced Engineer Preferred
• Independent Contributor for Generating Business
• Only experienced Candidates in Fire Fighting & Plumbing Field must apply.
