1.Good communication and interpersonal skills ,capable of maintaining strong relationships with clients.

2. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

3.Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.

4.Team management and leadership skills.

5. Competent in Excel, Power-point Presentation, and Letter/Proposal Drafting.
6. Good in Data maintaining, Follow-ups and content-creating.

7. Attractive personality, punctual, honest and loyal towards the task.

8. Soft-speaker, good listener ,and excellent understanding skills.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

1. Data based Lead Generation

2. Need to talk with clients over phone and fix appointment with our market sales team.

3. Maintaining of data of all called clients and keep in touch with them through all the possible communication sources.

4. Need to send proposals, needful documents, samples etc to lined-up clients.

5.Allocation of lined-up and interested clients data to the sales Managers.

6.Meeting of target to ensure good incentive.

7.Keep Proper reporting with feedback with senior.
