Biomedical Manager

Role & responsibilities :

1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of biomedical equipment & Wastage within the Lab premises, ensuring service providers adhere to standards and protocols.
2. Coordinate with service providers and vendors for the procurement of necessary parts and equipment.
3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules in collaboration with service providers to ensure the optimal functioning of all biomedical equipment.
4. Train and supervise service providers to ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
5. Conduct regular inspections alongside service providers to identify potential issues and address them proactively. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service contracts.
6. Collaborate with other departments to address equipment-related issues and support patient care initiatives.
7. Documentation Handling for all TLD Batches as and When Require.
8. Consistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback of service providers Build effective relationships with concerned authorities and District Health authorities.

Preferred candidate profile :

BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering Proven experience in biomedical equipment maintenance, preferably in a Healthcare setting. Strong technical knowledge of a wide range of biomedical equipment and systems. Leadership experience preferred. Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
