Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, including sales, customer service, and team handling.
  
• Oversee daily activities of the branch office to achieve targets and goals.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in Branch Management or related field (BFSI).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Proven track record of achieving business objectives through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
  
• Strong understanding of branch handling, branch management, branch operations, branch sales principles.
