Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient gold loan processing and customer service.
• Oversee sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures related to gold appraisal, loan disbursement, and health insurance services.
• Foster strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory management, and branch operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in branch management or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of gold loan processes, including appraisal techniques and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
