Atlassian Support Engineer

Who are we looking for?

Atlassian Support Engineer: 5 to 8 years of experience

Technical Skills:

• Primary Skills:
• Atlassian Tools Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira (Software, Service Desk), Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian products.
• SQL Expert: Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries, working with relational databases, and managing data in SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL environments.
• Secondary Skills:
• Front-End Technologies: Experience with React, AngularJS, and jQuery to customize and extend the user interfaces of Atlassian tools.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and RESTful services to integrate Atlassian tools with external systems.
• Other Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and creatively to resolve technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience with version control systems like Git, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience
