Job Description

We help organizations to completely automate their Project management experience and develops practices with best in-class industry practices and support across entire Atlassian products portfolio (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, Fisheye/Crucible, Statuspage, Opsgenie).
Our Atlassian Centre of Excellence delivers from Bengaluru; however, we offer flexibility only for eligible candidates to work remotely across India upon successful completion of successful and individually owning client project executions
Experience
- 5-8 Years of experience in handling Jira, Confluence Administration role for both SME and Enterprise user community. This is a client-interfacing role.
- Should have extensive knowledge in implementing complex solutions using Atlassian toolset (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Bitbucket) right from Design-until-Delivery.
- Hands-on Experience in installation, customization, Scaling-Performance Tuning and scheduling back-ups, Maintain project EOLs effectively.
- Should have experience in designing POC s, Optimize Tool Governance, maintenance activities for Atlassian Toolset.
- Experience in planning and executing upgrades and migrations.
Must Have Skills
- 5+ years of proven experience for Atlassian Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Bitbucket with a bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline.
- Strong hand-on experience working as Administrator for Atlassian Data Centre or Cloud versions of Jira, JSM and Confluence.
- Extensive hands-on experience in setting up complex JIRA projects, issue types, custom fields, screens, permissions schemes, setting up complex workflows with advanced workflow functions
- Configuration of Customer Portal, Customer Permissions, Request Types and Queues, automations for JIRA Service Management
- Creation of filters, notifications, dashboards. Customization of Agile board as per Business Requirements.
- Knowledge or working experience with Apacem Tomcat, NFINX and any other Java application servers
- Working knowledge and working experience of RedHat/CentOs
- Integrating Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket with user management too! (Microsoft Active Directory / LDAP)
- Should have hands-on with plug in analysis, identifying gaps between on-Prem and Cloud plug-ins, and suggesting potential solutions for the problems / gaps identified.
- Demonstrated technical competence with database skills, with the expertise to write and update SQL queries with ease.
- Knowledge on configuring mail servers, mail flow concepts using protocols SMTP/POP3 / IMAP and native incoming email handlers within JIRA.
- Working knowledge of configuring, troubleshooting incoming mail handlers using Email this issue addon
- Experience in configuring Test management solution alongside IRA by utilizing capabilities using following Marketplace addons: Zephyr for Test Management, X-Ray Enterprise Test Management
- Worked on Advance scripting (Groovy) to extend JIRA capabilities for custom fields, workflow post functions, setting inter-field dependency, behaviours as per requirements.
- Experience with APIs an dREST calls
- Effectively collaborate with other team members in analysing log files, identify root cause and troubleshoot existing issues.
- Excellent communication skills and client exposure are a must
