Support Engineer - Night shift

• Receive and process requests: Handle service requests and trouble tickets from users
• Troubleshoot problems: Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
• Escalate issues: Send problems outside their area of expertise to other IT team members
• Document issues: Log incidents and service requests, and maintain records
• Provide guidance: Create user manuals and guidance for end users
• Analyze trends: Analyze incident reports to identify trends and make recommendations to prevent future problems
• Ensure network performance: Perform system updates, tests, and maintenanc
