Job Description:

We are currently looking for Head - Manufacturing & SupplyChain INERA. In this role you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the overall operations of the manufacturing plant. This includes ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining product quality standards, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Building strong collaboration with suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of raw materials.

- Implement and manage SCM strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the factory to ensure timely production and delivery of products.

- Monitoring production costs and implementing strategies to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency.

- Manage the factory budget and track financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

- Oversee fermentation processes, ensuring optimal conditions for product quality and consistency.

- Manage the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of fermentation equipment and systems

- To address and resolve any issues related to fermentation and product yields.

- Oversee the clearing and forwarding operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.

- To manage relationships with C&F agents and logistics partners to optimize shipping, customs clearance, and distribution processes.

- To ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to import/export and logistics

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment/ Consumer Goods with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Experience in managing large teams and complex operations.

- Proven track record in improving factory performance, SCM, and fermentation processes.

- Extensive experience in supply chain management and fermentation processes within a manufacturing environment.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.

- In-depth knowledge of fermentation technologies and SCM best practices, with a hands-on
