Job Description:
He/she ll co-ordinate for Indirect procurement activities with site stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries, issue resolution, and performance evaluation.
Prepare regular reports on procurement metrics, such as order cycle time, inventory levels, to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the procurement process, implementing best practices to streamline operations.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of indirect materials, working closely with inventory control teams to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Address any issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to understand material needs and production schedules.
Address any on-site procurement issues and provide solutions to support uninterrupted plant operations.
Coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams to manage material flow.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.
Prepare and submit regular reports on procurement activities, inventory status, and supplier performance.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain Management
