Supplier Quality Engineer

Role and Responsibilities: 

Knowledge in ISO 13485 Quality Management System (QMS).

Sound understanding of BOMs utilizing tools and SAP for the Final Assembly Line.

Create a report on Non-Conforming Materials and follow up on any issues with corrective actions.

Preparation of PSW documents for part level & assemblies.

Good Knowledge in Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), UFMEA &
PFMEA documents and collaborated with regulatory bodies for new product lines.

Knowledge of PPAP, FAI, CAPA, 8D, ECN, Pre-Dispatch Report, Certificate of Conformity Engineering drawing and GD&T.

Proficient in creating ECO (Engineering Change Order) to release the documents using cPDM/Windchill

Hands on experience in DHF (Design History File) deliverables and Design Verification and Validation.

Willing to learn and grow with an organization.

Education: 

1. Bachelors / Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputed Institute/University
