Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pet Clinic Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality of care for our patients, lead a team of professionals, and maintain a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinic Operations:

○ Oversee daily operations of the pet OPD, grooming, and pharmacy services.

2. Team Leadership:

○ Lead, manage, and motivate a team of veterinarians, groomers, and support staff.

○ Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.

3. Customer Service:

○ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

○ Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Inventory Management:

○ Oversee inventory management for the pharmacy and grooming supplies.

5. Quality Control:

○ Monitor and maintain the quality of clinical care and grooming services.
