Super Stuff - Graphic Designer (2-5 yrs)

Our Brand Partner is seeking a Mid-Level & Junior Graphic Designer with a robust background in digital design, including web design, to drive our digital marketing and social media initiatives. This role requires expertise in design tools like Figma, illustration, photo editing, and typography, with a keen eye for current social trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the creation of digital content for marketing campaigns and social media, with an ability to extend designs to web environments.

- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align design strategies with business objectives, adapting designs based on stakeholder feedback.

- Utilize your illustration and photo editing skills to enhance visual storytelling across all platforms.

- Oversee design projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with our digital marketing objectives.

- Optimize design workflows for quick delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Monitor industry trends to keep designs and offerings innovative and competitive.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in design are a plus.

- At least 2-5 years in digital design, with proven capabilities in web design and social media content creation.

- Mastery of Figma, skilled in illustration and photo editing, with a sophisticated understanding of typography.

- Proven track record of designing intuitive interfaces and creating engaging templates for digital content.
