Objective:
Seeking a performance-driven influencer marketing agency to create, manage, and optimize a network of influencers to drive product sales through an affiliate commission model. The campaign will focus on leveraging influencers to promote products via unique coupon codes and generate measurable sales, primarily targeting audiences in Northern India.
Campaign Details:
Commission Structure: Influencers will earn commissions based on sales generated using their unique coupon codes. The tiered commission structure is as follows:
3% for lower sales volume
4% for moderate sales volume
5% for higher sales volume
Payment Terms:
Commission-only payment model, calculated after a sale is made through the coupon code.
Payouts can be processed monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly (to be finalized).
Sales Goals:
Influencers must meet a minimum number of sales to cover product costs and qualify for commission payouts.
Agency Responsibilities:
Influencer Recruitment Management:
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers aligned with campaign goals.
Ensure influencers meet minimum sales requirements and adhere to campaign guidelines.
Campaign Execution:
Oversee influencer content creation and distribution.
Monitor campaign performance and make real-time optimizations to maximize ROI.
Reporting Insights:
