Key Responsibilities
Formulation of the business/brand s growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies
Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition - with an implement, test, and measure mindset
Assessing pilot programs, their effectiveness, and long-term value for money
Develop creative marketing program tools that facilitate the tracking of consumers at a more individualized level as opposed to simply tracking whole general demographics
Managing paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance
Innovate across campaigns and manage micro-marketing acquisition channels to ensure user acquisition goals are met
Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
Build and run A/B tests across landing pages and the homepage
Direct and manage agencies to achieve goals and ROI targets
Manage Social Media advertising using performance goals that drive new user adoption
Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics.
Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance
Communicate weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results
