Motion Graphic Designer

Responsible for designing and editing all social media and marketing collateral, including static and video templates. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Suite and Canva, familiar with Generative AI tools (like Midjourney, Firefly, and DALL-E), and capable of consistently delivering high-quality visual content.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on project needs
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or hand-drawing
- Select appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Collaborate with copywriters and the creative lead to finalize designs
- Make quick amendments based on feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Meet deadlines set by the design lead

Requirements and skills:

- Proven experience with Adobe Suite and Canva
- Good knowledge of Generative AI (Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI)
- 3 to 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fashion industry
- A strong portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
