About the Role:
- As the State Business Head of Andhra Pradesh, you are expected to lead and drive growth across our store network.
- This role is crucial in managing store partner relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and maximizing revenue.
- You will be responsible for overseeing a team that supports and optimizes franchisee performance while maintaining brand standards and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Franchise Account Management team to support and grow the franchise network
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize franchise performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Serves as the primary point of contact for franchisees, ensuring strong relationships and alignment with brand goals
- Monitor and analyse franchise performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to support franchisee success
- Ensure franchisees adhere to brand guidelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance franchise engagement, training, and best practices
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for expansion, new locations, and improved service models
- Address franchisee concerns and challenges proactively, fostering a positive and productive partnership
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in franchise management
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in franchise management, distributor management, business development, or key account management
- Fluency in Telugu is a must for relationship-building and support
- Proven track record of managing franchise/distributor relationships and driving performance improvements
- Strong business acumen with expertise in operations, sales, and marketing within a franchise environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage franchisee expectations and agreements
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and grow a high-performing team
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analysing franchise performance metrics
- Ability to travel as needed to franchise locations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in FMCG Distribution/ QSR/ Retail sectors
- Knowledge of franchise agreements, legal compliance, and financial modeling
- MBA or equivalent experience in business strategy, operations, or management
